Ingredients
- 1 cup angel food cake, cut into small cubes
- ¾ cup fresh berries, any kind
- One (4-ounce) container low-fat vanilla or strawberry yogurt,
- ¼ cup light whipped cream, or frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
Instructions
- Add yogurt and whipped topping to a small mixing bowl. Mix gently until combined.
- Place a few cake cubes in two glasses (or cups).
- Add a dollop of the yogurt mixture to each glass. Top with a few berries.
- Repeat in layers. Serve immediately.
Notes
Prep Tip
Substitute thawed frozen fruit or drained canned fruit packed in 100% juice for fresh fruit.
