Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 large mushrooms, sliced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- Four 10-inch whole-wheat flour tortillas
- ½ cup low-fat cream cheese
Instructions
- Combine all vegetables in a small bowl.
- Thinly spread equal parts cream cheese on each tortilla. Place equal parts chopped vegetable mixture evenly across the center of each tortilla.
- Roll up tortilla, trapping ingredients tightly inside to form a tight tube. When finished rolling, slice each tube into 1-inch wide sections to serve.

Change it Up
- Try adding 1 tablespoon of salsa to each wrap.
