whole-wheat flour tortillas

low-fat cream cheese
Instructions
Combine all vegetables in a small bowl.
Thinly spread equal parts cream cheese on each tortilla. Place equal parts chopped vegetable mixture evenly across the center of each tortilla.
Roll up tortilla, trapping ingredients tightly inside to form a tight tube. When finished rolling, slice each tube into 1-inch wide sections to serve.

Change it Up
Try adding 1 tablespoon of salsa to each wrap.
