Ingredients
  

  • Two (12.5-ounce) cans chicken, or 3 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, cut in half
  • 1 green onion, sliced or 2 teaspoons onion, minced
  • 1 medium apple (about 1 cup), diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced, optional
  • ¾ cup nonfat or low-fat mayonnaise
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add chicken, mayo, grapes, green onion, celery, apple, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix well.
  • Serve on lettuce, rolls, bread, or tortillas.

Notes

Change it Up
  •  Use drained canned pineapple tidbits in place of apples. If using pineapple rings or chunks, drain and cut them into smaller pieces.
