drained, or 3 cups diced cooked chicken

red or green seedless grapes,
quartered lengthwise

green onion,
chopped or 2 teaspoons onion, minced

apple (about 1 cup),
finely chopped

celery,
finely chopped (optional)

nonfat or low-fat mayonnaise
Pepper,
to taste
Instructions
Place the chicken, grapes, green onion, celery, apple, mayo, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
Serve on lettuce, rolls, bread, crackers, or tortillas.
Notes
Change it Up
Use drained canned pineapple tidbits in place of apples. If using pineapple rings or chunks, drain and cut them into smaller pieces.
