Pumpkin Dip

A sweet and tangy dip made with pumpkin, yogurt, orange juice, and a touch of cinnamon.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pureed pumpkin
  • 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tablespoon honey*, optional
  • 36 graham crackers, 9 full graham cracker sheets

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together, except the graham crackers.
  • Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

*Avoid giving honey to children under the age of one.
