A sweet and tangy dip made with pumpkin, yogurt, orange juice, and a touch of cinnamon. |
Ingredients
- ½ cup pureed pumpkin
- 2 cups plain, low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 tablespoon honey*, optional
- 36 graham crackers, 9 full graham cracker sheets
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, except the graham crackers.
- Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
*Avoid giving honey to children under the age of one.
