Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce (romaine, red leaf, green leaf)
- 1 ½ cups fresh blueberries
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 6 tablespoons poppy seed dressing
Instructions
- Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl.
- Add blueberries and almonds and mix gently.
- Drizzle with dressing and lightly toss to coat. Serve.

Add color with carrot strips, shredded purple cabbage, fresh or dried fruit such as strawberries, oranges, apples, or raisins.
