Homemade Poppy Seed Dressing

Red wine vinegar adds a hint of color to this sweet and tangy dressing.

  • ½ cup Olive oil, or other vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Whisk together ingredients or shake ingredients in jar until well combined.
