  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • ½ cup frozen cherries
  • ½ cup frozen, unsweetened cherries
  • ½ cup orange segments, peeled
  • ½ cup banana, peeled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  • Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
