- 16 wooden skewers
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups fruit (bananas, apples, pears, pineapple, etc.), cut into bite-sized pieces
- One (8-ounce) container low-fat yogurt, any flavor
- 1 cup low-fat granola or crispy rice cereal, crushed in small pieces
Instructions
- Add yogurt to a shallow dish.
- Spread cereal in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Evenly portion out fruit and add to skewers.
- Gently roll each skewer in the yogurt, then roll each yogurt covered skewer in the crushed cereal.
- Serve immediately.
