Crunchy Fruit Kebobs

  • 16 wooden skewers


  • 1-2 cups fruit (bananas, apples, pears, pineapple, etc.), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • One (8-ounce) container low-fat yogurt, any flavor
  • 1 cup low-fat granola or crispy rice cereal, crushed in small pieces


  • Add yogurt to a shallow dish.
  • Spread cereal in a 9-by-13-inch pan.
  • Evenly portion out fruit and add to skewers.
  • Gently roll each skewer in the yogurt, then roll each yogurt covered skewer in the crushed cereal.
  • Serve immediately.
