Blueberry Blast Smoothies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
  • 2 cups low-fat blueberry or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ½ large bananas, peeled
  • 1 ½ cups ice (crushed works best)

Instructions
 

  • Note: Divide the recipe ingredients in half and prepare in two batches.
  • Wash hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
  • Add banana, ice, and yogurt to blender and pulse until the banana is well blended.
  • Add the blueberries and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
  • Pour smoothie into four cups. Serve immediately.
