Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
- 2 cups low-fat blueberry or vanilla yogurt
- 1 ½ large bananas, peeled
- 1 ½ cups ice (crushed works best)
Instructions
- Note: Divide the recipe ingredients in half and prepare in two batches.
- Wash hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
- Add banana, ice, and yogurt to blender and pulse until the banana is well blended.
- Add the blueberries and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour smoothie into four cups. Serve immediately.
