low-fat blueberry or vanilla yogurt

Instructions
Note:
Divide the recipe ingredients in half and prepare in two batches.
Wash hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap.
Add banana, ice, and yogurt to blender and pulse until the banana is well blended.
Add the blueberries and blend on low speed for 30 seconds.
Pour smoothie into four cups. Serve immediately.
