Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh baby asparagus
- One (15-ounce) can black beans (reduced, low sodium, or no added salt), drained and rinsed
- 6 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Trim woody ends from asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces, and place into a large bowl.
- Add black beans and vinaigrette to asparagus, mix gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
