Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole-grain cereal
  • ½ cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, cherries, or diced apricots)
  • ½ cup roasted nuts, unsalted
  • ½ cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Serve.
