- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 5 strawberries, washed
- 1 medium banana, peeled
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1 teaspoon honey*
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder or ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
*Avoid giving honey to infants under one year of age.
