Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

A refreshing smoothie made with creamy peanut butter, ripe bananas, juicy strawberries, and a touch of honey. An easy on-the-go breakfast or afternoon snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 5 strawberries, washed
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 teaspoon honey*
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder or ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Notes

*Avoid giving honey to infants under one year of age.
