Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces chicken, skinless (8 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks)
  • 1 tablespoon sodium-free all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
  • Nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat 350 F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Add sodium-free all purpose seasoning, lemon pepper, parsley, paprika and poultry seasoning in a small bowl and mix well.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle with spice mixture until well seasoned.
  • Lightly spray chicken with vegetable cooking spray.
  • Place baking sheet on middle oven rack and bake for 1 hour, turning chicken every 15 minutes until browned and juices run clear.
