Nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat 350 F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Add sodium-free all purpose seasoning, lemon pepper, parsley, paprika and poultry seasoning in a small bowl and mix well.
Place chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle with spice mixture until well seasoned.
Lightly spray chicken with vegetable cooking spray.
Place baking sheet on middle oven rack and bake for 1 hour, turning chicken every 15 minutes until browned and juices run clear.
