Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds fresh green peas
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cube no-sodium chicken bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon no-sodium all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a 3-quart pot. Bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

  • Frozen peas can be substituted for fresh.
