Ingredients
- 3 large cucumbers, sliced (about 40 slices)
- Chili powder
- 40 whole-wheat crackers
- Fresh lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Place on cucumber slice on each cracker.
- Sprinkle with chili powder.
- Squeeze with fresh lime juice, if using. Serve.
