Berry Banana Split

A healthy, kid-friendly yogurt parfait. Try serving as an easy grab-and-go breakfast, snack, or after dinner treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • ½ cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat granola
  • ½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen, sliced

Instructions
 

  • Cut banana in half lengthwise.
  • Spoon yogurt into a small bowl.
  • Place banana halves on both sides of the yogurt.
  • Top yogurt with granola and berries. Serve.

  • Try adding other fruits, like sliced peaches, to this recipe.
