Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • 1 cup low-fat or nonfat milk, or non-dairy beverage
  • 1 cup 100% orange juice
  • 2 cups unsweetened blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries, fresh or frozen

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in blender.
  • Blend until smooth and serve.

Notes

Change it Up 
  • Experiment using different fruits. Try peaches in place of berries.
  • Pour into molds or paper cups for homemade popsicles.
  • To make this recipe non-dairy, substitute fortified soy beverage for milk.
