A healthier take on a classic chocolate shake, made with low-fat milk, instant pudding mix, and banana. |

Ingredients
- 2 cups 1% low-fat milk
- ½ package chocolate instant pudding mix (or sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix)
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks
- 2 ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour milk, pudding mix and ice cubes into a blender with a tight fitting lid. Blend on medium speed for one minute or until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and stir in banana chunks.
- Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes (mixture will thicken as it stands).
Notes
Note: If shake is too thick, add milk or eat with a spoon.
