1% low-fat milk

chocolate instant pudding mix
(or sugar free chocolate instant pudding mix)

banana,
peeled and cut into bite-sized chunks

ice cubes
Instructions
Pour milk, pudding mix and ice cubes into a blender with a tight fitting lid. Blend on medium speed for one minute or until smooth.
Pour into glasses and stir in banana chunks.
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes (mixture will thicken as it stands).
Notes
Note: If shake is too thick, add milk or eat with a spoon.
