One (15.5-ounce) canwhite kidney beans
One (14.5-ounce) candiced tomatoes
1tablespoongarlic,crushed
Toppings (e.g., cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro),optional
Instructions
Heat oil in a medium-sized pot on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
Stir in water, broth, seasoning mix, garlic, beans, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with toppings, if using.
