Ingredients
- 1 package white chicken chili seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon canola oil or olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup water
- One (15.5-ounce) can white beans (e.g., cannellini, great northern, or navy)
- One (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
- One (15.5-ounce) can white kidney beans
- One (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
- Toppings (e.g., cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro), optional
Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium-sized pot on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in water, broth, seasoning mix, garlic, beans, and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium low, cover, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve with toppings, if using.
