Instructions
Wash hands for 20 seconds with warm water and soap. Have children wash their hands too.
Put each type of veggie on a plate or in a serving bowl with a spoon for serving.
Give each child a tortilla and a butter knife for spreading the bean dip or hummus.
Let children create their own vegetable roll-up by spreading a thin layer of bean dip or hummus on the tortilla and then topping it with chopped vegetables, salsa and shredded cheese.
Show children how to roll up the tortilla.
