Ingredients

low-fat milk

low-fat vanilla or strawberry Greek yogurt

chia seeds, or ground flax seeds,
optional

fresh strawberries,
sliced
Instructions
Place oats in an 8-ounce jar or container.
Add milk and stir well.
Add yogurt and chia or flax seeds, if using. Mix well.
Cover and chill in refrigerator overnight.
Add sliced strawberries before serving. Serve cold.

Change it Up
Try using blueberries, peaches, or other fruit of your choice.
Add chopped nuts
in Step 3.
