purple or green cabbage,
sliced into strips

tablespoons
low-sodium soy sauce

tablespoon
rice wine vinegar,
or apple cider vinegar
Salt,
to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and cook until tender.
Add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Stir in cabbage and cook until it is just starting to soften.
Add soy sauce and vinegar and cook until cabbage has just softened.
Remove from heat and salt, if desired. Serve.

Change it Up
Try using red cabbage or both red and green cabbage.
