Ingredients

apple cider or red wine vinegar

firmly packed

garlic,
minced

dry mustard

Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon
cayenne pepper,
or hot sauce

onion,
finely chopped

chicken,
skinless (2 split breasts, 4 drumsticks)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a saucepan.
Bring contents of saucepan to a boil, then reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes, until sauce is thickened and flavors are developed.
On a large plate or platter, brush chicken with half of the sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Transfer chicken to a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, place in oven and broil for 10 minutes on each side. Reduce oven to 350 F.
Remove chicken from oven and brush with remaining sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and continue baking for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
