juiced

olive oil

sunflower or pumpkin seeds,

walnuts,
chopped
Instructions
Add turnips, carrots, and parsley to a large bowl.
Add lemon juice and olive oil. Mix gently until salad is coated.
Season with salt and top with seeds or walnuts, if using. Serve.
Notes
Change it Up
Add salad to a wrap or sandwich.
Add chopped cooked chicken for additional protein.
