Russet potatoes,
rinsed and scrubbed, cut into wedges

cloves
garlic,
minced
1
teaspoon
Italian herb seasoning mix
1
teaspoon
chili powder or paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet.
Combine garlic and seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle ½ the spice mix onto potato wedges.
Bake wedges for 7 minutes, or until they start to brown. Remove potatoes from oven. Flip wedges over and sprinkle with the remaining spice mix.
Bake for an additional 7 minutes, or until wedges are brown and cooked through. Serve.
