Oven Wedge Fries

Oven-roasted potatoes seasoned with Italian herbs and spices.

Ingredients
  

  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 large Russet potatoes, rinsed and scrubbed, cut into wedges
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder or paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Place potato wedges on prepared baking sheet.
  • Combine garlic and seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle ½ the spice mix onto potato wedges.
  • Bake wedges for 7 minutes, or until they start to brown. Remove potatoes from oven. Flip wedges over and sprinkle with the remaining spice mix.
  • Bake for an additional 7 minutes, or until wedges are brown and cooked through. Serve.
