elbow macaroni

light cheddar cheese,
shredded

light processed cheese food,
cubed

light margarine

egg substitute

sodium-free all-purpose seasoning

paprika
Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add water and salt substitute to a large pot and bring to a rapid boil.
Gradually add elbow macaroni. Return to boil, stirring occasionally.
Continue boiling macaroni until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain and return to pot.
Add remaining ingredients to cooked macaroni, stirring gently until well blended.
Pour macaroni and cheese into a baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
