radishes (about 2 bunches),
ends trimmed, halved

minced, or 1 ½ tablespoons jarred chopped garlic

olive oil,
or melted butter

fresh parsley,
chopped, or ¼ teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all radishes are evenly coated.
Spread radishes in a single layer on a large baking sheet or shallow dish.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning radishes every 10 minutes, until tender and golden brown. Serve.
