Ingredients
- 1 pound radishes (about 2 bunches), ends trimmed, halved
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 ½ tablespoons jarred chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped, or ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until all radishes are evenly coated.
- Spread radishes in a single layer on a large baking sheet or shallow dish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning radishes every 10 minutes, until tender and golden brown. Serve.
