vinegar

lower-sodium soy sauce

(8-ounce) bag
frozen shelled edamame
Instructions
Season chicken strips with garlic powder.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add seasoned chicken to a large skillet and sear on both sides, until golden brown.
Turn heat down to medium and stir in crushed garlic cloves, honey, water, vinegar and soy sauce.
Add frozen shelled edamame. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over rice.
