nonfat vanilla yogurt

celery,
chopped

ground cinnamon

chopped nuts,
any kind (optional)
Instructions
Add apples, celery, raisins, yogurt, and cinnamon to a medium bowl. Mix well.
Add chopped nuts just before serving. Mix and serve, or chill before serving.
Notes
Change it Up
Use any other dried fruit you may have on hand, such as cranberries, blueberries, diced apricots, or dates.
Prep Tip
Out of cinnamon? Add pumpkin or apple pie spice mix instead.
