skim milk

Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
Add all dry ingredients to a large zip-seal plastic bag. Seal and shake well to combine.
Pour skim milk into a shallow dish. In batches of 2-3 pieces, add chicken to skim milk to moisten, then place in the bag of dry ingredients.
Shake to coat chicken, then remove and place pieces on baking sheet. Repeat until all pieces of chicken are evenly coated.
Lightly spray the chicken with vegetable spray.
Place baking sheet in oven on the bottom rack. Bake for 1 hour, turning pieces every 15 minutes to allow for even browning.
Serve hot.
