nonfat strawberry yogurt
Instructions
In a large bowl, add strawberries, grapes, bananas, and yogurt. Mix until fruit is well coated.
Serve immediately or chill and serve within 2 hours.

Prep Tip
Canned or thawed frozen fruit can also be used in this recipe. Drain extra liquid from canned or thawed frozen fruit before using.
Individual servings of yogurt usually come in 5-, 6-, or 8-ounce containers. Any size will work for this recipe.
Change it Up
Try substituting blueberries or chopped apples for strawberries.
