Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat 9-by-9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in milk. oil, and egg substitute until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
