Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup cornmeal
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt substitute
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup egg substitute
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat 9-by-9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Stir in milk. oil, and egg substitute until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
