Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt substitute
- 1 cup skim milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup egg substitute
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Lightly coat 9-by-9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Stir in milk. oil, and egg substitute until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Pour batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
