whole-wheat flour tortillas
Instructions
Add first five ingredients to a large bowl and mix gently.
Place equal portions of salad mixture onto each tortilla.
Roll up each tortilla to create a wrap. Serve.

Change it Up
Add color and texture with carrot strips, shredded purple cabbage, tomato, avocado, fruit (e.g., oranges, apples, raisins) or your favorite protein.
