dark red beets,
scrubbed clean

cup
walnuts

tablespoons
olive oil
½
teaspoon
sea salt

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoons
maple syrup
Instructions
Cube the beets and boil for for 20 minutes until fork tender.
Blend beets and all other ingredients in the food processor until completely smooth.
Serve with crackers or bread.
