peeled and sliced, or canned in it's own juice, drained

egg whites

vanilla extract

skim milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a 8-by-8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Combine oats, peaches, and sugar in a medium bowl.
Add egg whites, vanilla, and milk to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
Add wet ingredients to the oat mixture and mix until blended.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes. Serve.

Add other fruits you have on hand like strawberries or bananas.
