Baked Peaches and Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups peaches, peeled and sliced, or canned in it's own juice, drained
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • Cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly coat a 8-by-8-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine oats, peaches, and sugar in a medium bowl.
  • Add egg whites, vanilla, and milk to a small bowl and whisk until combined.
  • Add wet ingredients to the oat mixture and mix until blended.
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes. Serve.

  • Add other fruits you have on hand like strawberries or bananas.
