large head cauliflower,
cut into florets

seasoned breadcrumbs

grated Parmesan cheese

olive oil or other cooking oil

garlic powder

salt

teaspoon
red pepper flakes
⅛
teaspoon
dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place cauliflower in a large pot and add 1 inch of water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
Simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain cauliflower and place in a baking dish
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
Notes
Change it Up
Frozen cauliflower can be used in place of fresh. Prepare according to directions on package.
