Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or other cooking oil
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Place cauliflower in a large pot and add 1 inch of water. Cover and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Simmer for about 20 minutes. Drain cauliflower and place in a baking dish
  • In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well combined. Pour the mixture over the cauliflower.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

Change it Up
  • Frozen cauliflower can be used in place of fresh. Prepare according to directions on package.
