
Hearty whole-wheat wraps with fresh spinach, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, and tangy cream cheese. |
Ingredients
- Four (7-inch) whole-wheat tortillas
- ½ cup nonfat cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup tomato, chopped
- ½ cup bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- ¼ cup canned green chiles
- ¼ cup sliced ripe olives, drained
Instructions
- Spread 2 tablespoons of cream on each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with equal amounts of spinach, tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, chiles, and olives.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla to enclose filling. Slice each roll-up in half.
- Serve.
