Ingredients
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- ¼ cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
- 8 cups whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon sodium-free all-purpose seasoning
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- Nonstick vegetable cooking spray
Instructions
- Lightly spray frying pan with vegetable spray.
- Add corn onion and green pepper to pan and and sauté on medium heat until onion is translucent.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
