  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 8 cups whole kernel corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon sodium-free all-purpose seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • Nonstick vegetable cooking spray


  • Lightly spray frying pan with vegetable spray.
  • Add corn onion and green pepper to pan and and sauté on medium heat until onion is translucent.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
