Ingredients
- Two (12.5-ounce) cans chicken, drained, or 3 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup red or green seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1 green onion, sliced or 2 teaspoons onion, minced
- 1 medium apple (about 1 cup), diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced, optional
- ¾ cup nonfat or low-fat mayonnaise
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add chicken, mayo, grapes, green onion, celery, apple, salt, and pepper to a large bowl. Mix well.
- Serve on lettuce, rolls, bread, or tortillas.
Notes
Change it Up
Use drained canned pineapple tidbits in place of apples. If using pineapple rings or chunks, drain and cut them into smaller pieces.
